SHIPPING POLICY We will ship your product to you by the best method available for your specific needs, generally the same business day. You have the option of next day, second day, or ground shipping. Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the all the items in your order. We can process domestic orders only via the Web. For international orders, please e-mail us at rma@speedcom.net Note: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipments are subject to stock availability.
BACKORDERS We automatically update our on-line store so that we may offer our members the most up-to date products available. Due to the popularity of some products, we may not always have an item in stock. We have included item availability on our product pages so that you will always know if the item is available. You may still place an order for out of stock items to ensure that you will be the first to receive the item once it becomes available. If your order is not in stock it will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item is available via UPS ground. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by contacting order processing at rma@speedcom.net
RETURN POLICY NO RETURN ON ANY ITEM UNLESS IT IS DEFECTIVE. If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days after the invoice date, you may get an immediate replacement. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email or the world wide web within thirty days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Speedcom Technologies Inc. will not accept any sold Software/Hardware returns, except for same-item exchange only. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact them if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty. In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. All items being returned must be received in our warehouse within 10 business days (two calendar weeks) of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. REPLACEMENT POLICY Thank you for your purchase! Speedcom Technologies Inc. is confident in the quality of our products. If you have received a defective product please contact our returns department within 30 days by email to address: rma@speedcom.net to request a replacement. Speedcom Technologies Inc. RMA Policy:

For replacements, you will need to place a new order, select personal check as the payment method and email the new and original order number, along with the RMA number, to rma@speedcom.net When the original item is received, the new order will be released. 13. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement. 14. If return for credit, you must file RMA request within 5 days of receiving date. Defective item must be received within 15 days of invoice date. 15. If item returned after 15 days but within 30days, there is a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fee is non refundable under any condition.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Anytime after the first 30 days of invoice, all repairs and replacements will be handled subject to the terms and conditions of the product warranties. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. TAX Speedcom Technologies Inc. is located in the state of California and is only obligated to withhold sales tax for delivery within that state. If you live outside of California, you do not pay any sales tax!
